For nearly 30 years now, Master Richard Carr has been working to promote corporate education and safety awareness programs, by applying the principles of Jujitsu Street Self-Defense to advance the knowledge of practical and personal safety. In recent years, he has been called upon to work with the local media to promote community safety and awareness; also, he has been the featured guest on one of Orlando’s own local talk shows. Additionally, He offers full adult and youth Jujitsu classes as well as offering workshops on community safety, military combatives and defensive tactics for law enforcement, healthcare professionals, church safety and active shooter awareness training.

Master Richard Carr is a nationally ranked instructor and certified through Jujitsu America as a 7^th degree black belt under Professors Jamie Dyson and Dave Castoldi. He is a JA life member and a 2^nd degree black belt under Professor Tony Maynard’s American Combat Jujitsu. Master Richard Carr has a deep understanding of the art and his purpose is to promote education and safety. His passion for teaching Jujitsu is unmatched and drives him in the pursuit of excellence.
